Fees

Per Player Tournament Fees*

The fee per player is based on USFbA membership status and team/club location.

No USFbA Membership - Team/Club based in the USA $55.00
Team/Club based outside of the USA $45.00
USFbA Member $40.00

*All fees are in US Dollars.

We recommend that teams should try to have a minimum of 10 (maximum 20) players on the roster in order to be able to stay relatively fresh over the course of the tournament. Performance and quality of play goes down when players are exhausted during the aggressive schedule of the tournament.

Please email your registration information to arupchakrav@yahoo.com before the appropriate deadlines! Team captains and/or managers, please download the roster and have it emailed to the above address before team registration in Raleigh, prior to the tournament.

Team Registration

The deadline for registration is Monday, JULY 31

We are asking each team to send us the following information by mail:

TEAM NAME
TEAM CONTACT INFO: E-MAIL, PHONE
TEAM COLOR(S)
NUMBER OF PLAYERS (APPROXIMATELY)
INDICATE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE EXTRA PLAYER(S) ASSIGNED TO THE TEAM (IF AVAILABLE).
REGISTRATION FEE IN FORM OF CHECK OR MONEY ORDER, PAYABLE IN U.S. FUNDS. THE AMOUNT MUST EQUAL THE FEE FOR THREE PLAYERS ON THE TEAM.
NAMES OF PLAYERS TO CREDIT THE REGISTRATION FEE TO.

Individual Player Registration

If you are a Floorball player without a team and would like to participate in the tournament, you may register as an unaffiliated player. You will be randomly assigned to a team that has indicated a need/desire to have extra players.

The deadline for registration is Monday, August 14

Late Registration

Team registrations received after July 31 may be turned away if the maximum number of teams or individuals that we can accommodate in the tournament has been reached. A $15.00 (per player) late registration fee will be assessed.
